We rigorously undertake the following methodologies while engineering the products to filter them according to the design & quality:

• Identification of raw material by mechanical/chemical analysis in approved laboratory
• Radiography examination for welded components (if required)
• Pressure testing for leakages of components and assemblies
• Surface defects/weld integrity checks by liquid penetrate examination before & after cold work
• Magnetic practice & ultrasonic test by approved third party agency
• Dimensional verification of components /assembly
• Helium leak test by approved agency for bellows to cryogenic applications
• Performance valuation cum destructive (type tests like cycle life) squirm, yield rapture
